Fitness Classes

First class always free – try before you buy!

Exercising in a group is a great way of getting in shape and maintaining your fitness. A group environment adds a social aspect to getting fit, which can boost motivation, energy levels and keeping exercise fun! Some of my class goers meet up outside of class and enter fun runs, Spring Challenge and other events together. That is what I aim to build with my classes – a supportive and friendly exercise community where anyone is welcome!

Check out the following classes on offer with PT on Panckhurst. If you aren’t ready to exercise in a group there are also 1:1 options available or the choice to bring a friend along for a workout just the two of you.

‘I love boxfit classes with Laura, we are always challenged but have a lot of fun with a great group of ladies, highly recommend.’
Amy

A class with a focus on boxing and fitness all rolled into one. Improve cardio fitness, muscle tone, coordination and power. Boxing is heaps of fun and a great stress reliever! Boxing is known for its high calorie burn, which can accelerate weight loss and fitness gains. With small group sizes and with Laura having a black belt in kickboxing this is a class you do not want to miss! No boxing experience necessary and no need to keep up with complicated routines to music – go at your own pace and see yourself improve week by week.

‘The best exercises I’ve done in a long time. Laura is professional & helps us with our various ailments superbly. The exercises have helped me to play extra golf games as well as lots more gardening this week. My concentration & balance, lower back & knee pain have improved immensely.’ Joan
