Kick Start Package
Do you feel like your own health and fitness has taken a back seat in recent years? For a large part of our lives we have other priortities. Suddenly we find ourselves approaching our 50's feeling unfit, tired, sore joints and not knowing where to start. Add in hormonal fluctuations, hot flushes, sleepless nights and other wonderful symptoms that menopause
throws at us and you're at a point where you need to change!
You are certainly not alone and that's where the Kick Start package is here to help. Programmes are designed to build fitness, strength and mobility with a view to getting back to old or starting hobbies with your new found fitness. But did you know that peri-menopausal and menopausal women respond differently to exercise and nutrition compared with their earlier years? Hormonal changes can mean that certain types of training are counter productive and can worsen the symptoms of menopause. All programmes are designed with the a training format that suits your needs at this stage in your life. Nutrition and other lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress will be worked on as part of the 8 week package. Options include:
> 1 x 45 minute session per week $270 (inc. home exercise plan)
> 2 x 45 minute sessions per week $500 (inc. home exercise plan)
Sessions will be a mixture of nutrition or lifestyle consults of around 15 minutes and 30 minutes of exercise.
