From a young age I have always been active and involved in sports. When I was a teenager I injured my back during athletics coaching. From that point I've always wanted to learn more about how I was injured and how to get on the road to recovery. Being injured is frustrating, especially when wanting to keep fit and active! This is why itís my mission to help others in the same situation from all walks of life all with differing goals and abilities. Along the way I has supported and coached my clients back to where they were pre-injury and more. Being degree qualified experienced in the field of injuries and conditions, I know how to get to the root cause of the problem, rather than just looking at symptoms. This is what produces long term results and nothing makes me happier than when I see my clients pain free and back to the activities they love or even trying something they thought wasn't possible before!
As well as my injured clients, I also train for improving overall health by looking at important parts of your lifestyle such as activity, nutrition, stress, sleep and more. I'm a firm believer in being the fittest and healthiest you can be so that you can live the lifestyle you want. When you have health and fitness, life is so much more enhanced!
My motto is "Don't starve, don't binge - eat well, exercise and you will get there." I firmly believe in changing and maintaining healthy lifestyles for long term health rather than getting that "beach body in seven days". No cabbage soup diets, pills, shakes or any other gimmicks that don't work - just changes and tweaks to get my clients feeling fit, healthy and energetic. I train clients from my home gym, which means all of my focus is on you and thereís no need to feel self-conscious. Training sessions are fun, challenging and unique to you leaving you feeling great as you walk out the door!
